TravelClick’s is the hospitality leader for Business Intelligence, with 27,000 hotels around the world using our tools to make revenue driving decisions daily.  Demand360 is TravelClick’s fastest growing Business Intelligence solution, allowing subscribers the ability to analyze historical and forward looking demand data by segment and channel for themselves versus their competitive set. 

This business development individual is responsible for building TravelClick’s Demand Data Network in Europe, ASPAC and LATAM, adding brands and strategically important independent hotels to the program and managing the relationships with them as they come on board.  The person in the role will be part of the product management team, but will also work very closely with the international sales team.

The opportunity for growth in this position is massive, with strong momentum building already.  The right person will be able to step in and immediately make an impact, adding multiple new partners to the program in 2017.


  • Partner with sales team to add new Demand data participants in Europe, ASPAC and LATAM
  • Act as Subject Matter Expert and drive sales by communicating the value the data provides
  • Drive participation in key brands in designated regions by producing Data driven case studies and reasons to participate
  • Understand landscape of key markets and pursue strategically important independent hotels (London, Barcelona, Hong Kong, etc) and run townhalls in different markets to evangelize the product.  
  • Work with product, technology and operational teams to ensure alignment on data specifications and requirements of participation
  • Understand technical landscape of customers’ systems to be able to communicate internally. Help transition customer from sales cycle to data on-boarding
  • Manage ongoing relationships with large brands for the Demand Data – training, engagement and understanding as their data needs change.  Be the voice of the customer to the product roadmap
  • From time to time represent the company at trade shows and industry events


  • Bachelor Degree
  • Strong understanding of hotel revenue management processes and key systems used
  • Ability to understand data requirements needed for participation
  • 7-12 years’ experience required, with at least the majority in the hospitality industry
  • Strong communication and client skills required
  • Strong project management and organizational skills and high personal accountability, resilience and drive
  • Relationships with large and regional hotel brands a big plus
  • Experience supporting clients and sales people across Europe strongly preferred, and experience in Asia is a plus.
  • Understanding of system interfaces in the Hospitality industry across PMS/CRS/ CRM
