Reporting to the creative team manager, you will be primarily in charge of developing experiences and designs that are highly intuitive, respond to the needs of our customers, follow market trends, and solve operational needs.

You will show ownership of your projects from inception through to production, be the product advocate for the user (internal or external) and actively participate in all areas of the process.


Day to day tasks will include, but are not limited to, researching current trends, gathering insights from different teams to define requirements, prototyping, delivering high end-result designs, working hand in hand with developers, creating documentation, quality control, etc.


  • 2+ years commercial experience (ideally in a similar role)
  • Excellent knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop
  • Ability to rapidly prototype wireframes (through iterative process)
  • Ability to translate concept and prototypes into a high-end design for final delivery
  • Up to date knowledge of latest digital market trends
  • Comfortable multi-tasking and ability to execute fast without loss of quality
  • Strong communicator & good English to a level that will allow you to discuss, pitch and take direction on projects
  • Ability to work both in a team and independently


  • Experience in the field of UX/UI design
  • Familiarity of UX-friendly software (Adove Xd, UXPin, Invision or Sketch)
  • HTML (5) and CSS (3), incl. responsive design is strongly desirable (basic understanding and knowledge of how to create prototyped fluid layouts and page interactions).
  • Experience of working in an international environment.
  • Knowledge of the online travel industry.
  • Familiarity with content and SEO strategies
