Overview

TravelClick has an immediate opening for a Digital Media Analyst on the Demand Services team. This role will support media campaigns through Metasearch partners (e.g., Google, TripAdvisor, Kayak, etc.) and help drive direct bookings for independent hotels. It will include working in close partnership with clients and Metasearch partners, in addition to our media, product, account management and sales organizations.  We are looking for an analytical person who is passionate about travel and e-commerce and eager to learn about our clients and their needs.

Responsibilities

  • Lead bidding strategy and execution across key meta partners
  • Work with Meta partners and analyze data to optimize campaigns for performance, boosting client and TravelClick returns
  • Support performance reporting to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Proactively work to solve client issues, closely interfacing with Meta partners, product, billing and technology teams
  • Identify growth opportunities and work with Media Strategists to pitch to existing clients
  • Engage clients to obtain feedback and apply to work-product
  • Educate client-facing teams through detailed communication and training on new developments and insights
  • Work with sales and account management to ensure proper client management, including supporting renewal sales activities
  • Find opportunities to make operational improvements and undertake projects to execute on this

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 1-3 years’ experience in an analytical role
  • Strong analytical thinker with a knack for problem-solving
  • Quick learner and self-starter who likes to get things done
  • Results-driven with the ability to analyze complex data to inform strategic decisions and make recommendations
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate and work cross-functionally effectively
  • Excellent written communication and research skills
  • Passion for ecommerce, travel and marketing
  • Proficient with Excel and PowerPoint
  • Thrives under pressure / in a fast-paced environment
