Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated candidate with excellent communication skills and the drive to learn and grow with a well-established company. In this junior project management role, you must be able to pay close attention to detail, have a good understanding of client communication and project management, and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment. You must be a self-motivated team player who thrives in an ever-changing creative environment, enjoys solving problems, and faces challenges head on. You will work and learn in a goal-oriented, performance-based environment to assist our project management team in building and launching websites.

Responsibilities

  • Work in a multi-team environment to successfully build websites
  • Handle workload of around 25 active website build projects at a time once fully trained on our process
  • Communicate with clients over the phone and through email to keep them on schedule
  • Update project schedules and task due dates using our online project management system
  • Assign tasks to creative resources based on their availability and project need
  • Work toward completing website builds and aiming to get them launched on time and within budget
  • Revise website content using the TravelClick CMS
  • Train clients to use our CMS for ongoing website updates

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Familiarity with a project management tool such as Mavenlink, LiquidPlanner, etc
  • Familiarity working in a project-based environment, including trafficking resources and scheduling tasks
  • Experience communicating with clients on the phone, through email and in-person
  • Experience working with website content management systems to load and edit content
  • Working knowledge of MS Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Proficiency in Spanish, a plus
