The Renewals Manager is focused on customer and revenue retention and will explore opportunities to introduce new products to the customer. This is accomplished through regular touch points to ensure usage and reinforce product value. The Renewal Manager will be responsible for achieving the renewal goal of their assigned hotels and/or products. The Renewal Manager will work with several departments in TravelClick including Inside and Outside sales, Product, and Customer Care. The position provides a great opportunity to learn the variety of TravelClick solutions (Reservation Solutions, Web, Business Intelligence, Media, Channel Management) in both an account manager and sales function. You will be exposed to a variety of hotels and learn the needs and objectives of these clients.
