TravelClick has an immediate opening for an Analyst on the Business Intelligence (BI) Product team. This team sits at the intersection of Sales, Marketing, Product Development and Operations, overseeing the general management and growth of all Business Intelligence products.


Currently, more than 27,000 hotels globally benefit from TravelClick’s industry-leading Business Intelligence Solutions, including the top ten global hotel chains and thousands of independent hotels. Our superior data, paired with our next generation analytical tools, turn information into insights, which can improve hotel’s marketing, revenue management, and business strategy.

The BI Analyst will work closely with Product leaders to develop and inform the overall product strategy for our Business Intelligence tools. This role will help drive revenue and profitability through executing our go-to-market strategy, driving customer retention and cross-sell programs, developing marketing initiatives and working with our Operations teams to build and monitor processes.

  • Analyze and forecast revenue growth, profitability and progress towards goals by monitoring sales conversion numbers. Work with Product Manager to identify high-value prospects, customer trends and areas for growth
  • Partner with functional teams including Sales, Engineering, and Marketing to create and execute go-market strategies. Projects may include developing marketing campaigns, creating pricing initiatives, or working on new product development
  • Work with Operations and Sales Supports teams to build and implement processes that help scale the business
  • Work with Sales team on customer-facing collateral, sales training documents and customer case studies
  • Assist in the development of analyses and presentations for the Senior Leadership Team, Sales management and Product management

  • Proven project management success in a rigorous, results driven environment. Ability to establish processes, create transparency and gain buy-in to deliver against agreed upon timelines     
  • Ability to quickly analyze and synthesize information to develop actionable strategic plans and make decisions and tradeoffs optimized to meet business demands and customer needs
  • Strong relationship skills, including the ability to listen to customers and sales reps, and effectively drive meetings with a diverse cross-functional business and technical audience
  • Strong analytic skills, ability to consume complex information and develop recommendations
  • Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to multi-task in a dynamic business environment
  • Proficient with PowerPoint, Excel and a plus
  • 1-3 years experience in an analytical, strategy or product management role
  • Bachelors Degree required.
