As an Analyst in Business Intelligence L3/Operations, you will interact with technical and business contacts from the largest hotel brands in the world, ensuring the successful delivery of TravelClick’s BI solutions.   You will have hands-on responsibility for analyzing level 3 support issues as well as monitoring and resolving operational problems related to the TravelClick Demand360 product.  You will interface with hotel brands and external data providers daily, as well as collaborate with internal groups to deliver on TravelClick’s commitment to providing the highest quality business intelligence products in the hospitality industry.


  • Resolve operational problems within the defined schedules and service level agreements.
  • Analyze root causes of data quality issues escalated from customer support and internal sources.
  • Develop preventive measures and document resolution procedures.
  • Function internally as a subject matter expert and provide assistance to technology and business team members in understanding the Demand360 data at an elemental level
  • Develop and maintain relationships with hotel brands and external vendor data providers
  • Maintain account relationships at the operational level, including functional knowledge of customer business and technical needs


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required in related field
  • 3+ years of hospitality data experience
  • Functional knowledge of travel industry pricing and revenue management practices
  • Ability to represent the data partnership team as a subject-matter expert
  • Knowledge of data quality management and best practices
  • Knowledge of relational database structures and practices preferred
  • Literate with Microsoft Office: Outlook, Excel and Word
  • Working knowledge of SQL and UNIX preferred
