The purpose of this position is to coordinate and co facilitates new hire training and provide with recurrent training modules of existing TravelClick portfolio into the International Division. This included instructional design and delivery.


  • Training prioritization based on specified criteria (e.g. urgency and impact to the organization and to the clients)
  • Manage the creation of Operations training programs and the maintenance of existing programs, specifically based on knowledge in TravelClick products and processes across Customer Care and Implementation
  • Present and/or facilitate training, workshops, and group meetings, including ad hoc specialized customer training
  • Provide learner, department and client feedback regarding training results
  • Take initiative to make recommendations for continuous improvement to programs, processes and products. Take ownership of process changes execution and lead internal change management
  • Serve as training project lead to manage assigned training and product rollout programs
  • Coordinate and deliver an in-house training programs for New Hires in Operations
  • Assist the Operations team in other ad hoc operations initiatives
  • Develop and implement training curriculum for the on-boarding and ongoing, recurrent training of company personnel.
  • Represent the Operations organization in the construction of collaborative, multi-departmental, product market approaches. Represent Operations efficiency needs in Product calls, pushing for self-management and self-service
  • Function as the main conduit for product information transfer to/from the Operations team, and construct systems and programs for that transfer.
  • Work hand in hand with TAMs and product organization to train the Operations team on how to embed new features implementation and ongoing support into current processes. Measure team adoption and effectiveness.
  • Maintain and organize products and processes documentation
  • Advance the use of Salesforce automation. Push for automation


  • BA/BS in related business
  • Knowledge of TravelClick products is highly preferred
  • Experience in the hospitality industry is a must, specifically in hotel revenue management, distribution management and e-commerce
  • Experience in Project Management is a plus
  • Experience in Training and Development is a plus
  • Experience in using and/or operating complex product solutions, specifically to drive hotel revenue
  • Experience in high-energy and engaging facilitation
  • Experience in distance learning preferred
  • Advanced Computer skills: PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Internet, multi-media training preferred
