  • Overview

    We are looking for a Payroll Coordinator to join our team in Orlando.  We are looking for an experienced professional who understands the unique factors involved in processing payroll for multiple locations. The successful candidate will work closely with the Human Resources and Finance team to ensure accurate processing and recording of the company’s payroll, provide timely and accurate financial information, and participate in daily data entry Payroll processing. The primary markets supported by the Payroll Coordinator include Canada, Singapore, and Australia and the successful candidate will also perform back-up support for hourly and salary payrolls in the US.


    • Monthly processing of payrolls for Singapore, Canada, and Australia
    • Back-up processing of hourly non-exempt and salary exempt employee payrolls in the US
    • Conduct Time & Attendance orientation training for new hires and leaders as required
    • Perform daily payroll department operations
    • Manage workflow to ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and in a timely manner within the vendor deadlines for international processing
    • Reconcile payroll prior to transmission and validate payroll reports
    • Implement proper taxation of employer paid benefits, government regulations related to payroll, and company policies
    • Process correct garnishment calculations and compliance
    • Respond to employee questions in a friendly and timely manner
    • Conduct income verifications


    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
    • Experience with non-exempt payrolls.
    • 1 years of experience processing multi-state payroll preferred.
    • Working knowledge of payroll best practices.
    • Strong knowledge of federal and state regulations.
    • Strong PC skills including proficiency in Excel.
    • Working knowledge of ADP Workforce now preferred.
    • Strong work ethic and team player.
    • High degree of professionalism.
    • Ability to deal sensitively with confidential material
    • Strong interpersonal (verbal and written) communication skills.
    • Ability to communicate with various levels of management.
    • Decision-making, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
    • Organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills.
