    TravelClick has an immediate opening for a Product Analyst on the Reservations Solutions Product team. This team sits at the intersection of Sales, Marketing, Product Development and Operations, overseeing the general management and growth of all Reservations Solutions products.

     

    This role will report directly to the Vice President of Reservations Solutions and will support all financial analysis for the $125M business, including deal-level profitability, pricing and product line performance across customers.

     

    The Product Analyst will play a pivotal role in managing our cost base and ensuring profitable growth of the business through completing data analysis and drawing insights from the data that will help the Vice President of Reservations Solutions manage the business effectively.

     

    The Reservations product team is a lean, fast-moving group, and the Product Analyst will find that his/her analysis and insights will play an important role in informing senior leadership of our performance and helping the leadership team manage the business over time.  This is a critical role for our team and will provide the right candidate with a high-level of exposure and experience in a fast-moving technology company. 

     

    To that end, we are looking for a passionate, analytical and entrepreneurially minded team player who is excited to work in a fast growth environment with a smart, high-energy team.

    Responsibilities

    • Lead monthly customer-level analysis, reviewing performance by channel across our product suite and forming actionable insights from the analysis.
    • Lead customer segmentation analysis to help develop retention initiatives by segment.
    • Perform month-over-month trend analysis at the customer and aggregate business level to help the leadership team understand performance over time.
    • Support the sales and account management team by managing and responding to incoming pricing, discount and termination requests, ensuring that all deal terms meet certain profitability thresholds.
    • Partner with our FP&A team to perform analysis on monthly sales and revenue performance to identify trends and/or areas of opportunity across our global operations and large customer base.
    • Support the Reservations team in preparing for regular updates with TravelClick leadership and board on key initiatives.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelors Degree required. 
    • 1-2 years experience in analytical role.
    • Strong data analysis skills including Excel modeling.
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills, including presenting to company leadership.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills
    • Ability to quickly analyze and synthesize information to develop strategic insights.
    • Experience in Strategy Consulting or Investment Banking preferred.
