    This position will own our entire demand gen program and digital marketing acquisitions process. Working across marketing and with our product teams, this person will be responsible for target development, nurturing campaigns, program measurement, etc. all in support of creating sales qualified leads. Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Marketing, the ideal candidate will be a self-starter that can hit the ground running and leverage their experience to build out our demand gen function.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage the full lifecycle of online and offline demand generation campaigns. Optimize our marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, paid digital, content and social channels.
    • Leverage and own our Marketo platform to scale our demand gen
    • Develop nurturing marketing campaigns and use a/b testing to optimize qualified lead gen
    • Create and measure campaign metrics and ROI;
    • Work with internal/external resources to create compelling content and assets
    • Manage our paid digital marketing including SEM, PPC, LinkedIn, etc. Work with our content marketing team to improve SEO.
    • Manage key business metrics including MQLs, SQLs, Opportunities, Pipeline Generated and work across the marketing and sales teams to improve performance against these metrics
    • Test new digital acquisition approaches

    Basic Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree required, MBA a nice to have
    • Expert in B2B marketing automation and demand gen with a minimum of 3+ years of B2B sales experience
    • Hands on experience managing Marketo and rolling it out to teams
    • Proven track record of successfully building demand programs from scratch and measuring and improving effectiveness of demand generation efforts at each level of the funnel (MQL, SQL, Opportunities, Pipeline)
    • Expert in lead scoring, nurturing programs, list management, cleansing, segmentation and targeting
    • Understanding of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and testing tools.
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Demonstrated self-starter
    • Big picture thinker with meticulous attention to detail
