    The Product specialist recognizes and get to the bottom of problems, tracks down possible causes of problems and establish connections, differentiates between primary and secondary issues. He/She also, knows how to deal with detailed data effectively and handle it precisely, to take action. Additionally, he/ she dares to take a stand based on one’s own views and opinions instead of accommodating the wishes and opinions of others.

    The Product Specialist provides internal support in his area of knowledge (GDS, Demand Services, PMS…)


    • Provide Internal Trainings
    • Provide internal support to the operations team in order to help reach the CSAT and TTL goals for implementation as well as Customer care
    • Contact with clients and business partners may be needed.
    • Be the main point of contact for ASPAC with the vendors
    • Be updated on the Product enhancements / fixes that are deployed in Maintenance Releases.
    • Be updated and follow products developments.
    • Report on Product defects and enhancements and communicate to the Operations team
    • Analysis on markets and zero producers and gained/lost properties

    Basic Qualifications

    The Ideal candidate has experience in the Hospitality Industry, knows how to work under and handle pressure and strives to meets deadlines. The candidate is a great team player, he/she would be able to identify Client’s needs, respond with quick and efficient and personal service and sets high standards of Quality of one’s work as well as others’. Additionally, the candidate is very computer literate, (Microsoft Office, SalesForce...)
