    TravelClick’s Guest Management Solutions is one of the company’s fastest-growing products. GMS is an end-to-end CRM and marketing automation platform, allowing hoteliers to personalize their customer communications and segment their marketing efforts to foster guest engagement and drive incremental revenue.

    We are looking for a passionate, driven individual to join our team in a highly visible role as an integration specialist. This person will be responsible for installing our hotel data interfaces, continuously checking their uptime, and diagnosing issues as they arise.   You will get the opportunity to learn about a variety of hospitality systems including:  PMS, CRS, Spa, Golf, and Food & Beverage.  You will also get to learn all aspects of our system while assisting with Level 3 support.  An understanding of email marketing best practices, HTML coding, and some hospitality industry property management systems is a plus.


    • Perform installations and testing of the GMS platform using your comprehensive knowledge of web services, XML, and relational databases.
    • We'll count on your excellent communications and organization skills to liaise with the clients and vendors to work out how the integrations will work, coordinating and verifying continual data exchange, and making sure that everyone is satisfied.
    • You'll help to solve problems as they occur in our production systems and help support staff with technical inquiries. This is a very dynamic position, requiring the ability to stay on top of several projects simultaneously.
    • Assist Development team with troubleshooting and resolution of integration issues
    • Assist Client Services with JavaScript, CSS and HTML Coding
    • Provide feedback to the development team around potential customer enhancements
    • Consult with and assist customers in HTML newsletter assembly and responsive email campaign generation
    • Assist development team in filing and resolution of other bugs and/or issues

    Basic Qualifications

    • 1-3 years of IT experience, customer support experience a plus.
    • Technically literate and comfortable working with XML, web services, WSDL, and XSD.
    • You understand relational databases and SQL
    • Ability to write simple JavaScript expressions
    • Ability to drive to outcomes and follow a project plan
    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interface with all levels and departments on a formal, informal, written and verbal basis
    • Demonstrated ability to complete multiple tasks concurrently and deliver results under pressure.
    • Strong troubleshooting skills used to work tactfully through challenging customer issues
    • Problem solver who takes initiative to get things done; an enthusiastic go-getter!
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products
    • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience

    Additional Assets:

    • Familiar with Microsoft SQLServer, MySQL, Linux a plus
    • Experience with Java, JSPs, Tomcat a plus
