  • Overview

    The Senior Sales Operations Analyst will provide analytical support to the Sales Operations team and Sales leadership.  You will be responsible for supporting Sales Leadership in weekly forecasting and variance analysis, updating and distributing regular reports, and performing ad hoc analysis. 


    The ideal candidate will be someone with strong attention to detail, a stickler for accuracy and able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.


    • Coordinate with Sales Leadership and other Sales Operations teams to consolidate weekly sales forecasts
    • Analyze forecast data to ensure accuracy, identify trends and monitor sales activity
    • Assist in preparation and variance analysis of monthly sales reporting
    • Update and distribute reports on a weekly basis, consolidate reports, ensure data integrity, accuracy and consistency 
    • Assist in development of analyses and presentations for the Senior Leadership Team, sales management and product management
    • Ad hoc reporting and analysis as needed

    Basic Qualifications

    • Bachelors Degree 
    • 2-3 years experience in an analyst role (FP&A or Sales Operations)
    • Expert level knowledge in Excel (pivot tables, v-look-ups, advanced functions)
    • Proficient with salesforce.com and PowerPoint
    • Ability to manage large confidential data files, compile data from multiple sources, and interpret and draw conclusions from data files
    • Basic understanding of database concepts, Access or SQL a plus
    • Strong analytical and multitasking skills
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
