  • Overview

    In this key position you will be responsible for driving key business functions across the North America Operations organization.  This role is aligned with our COO to ensure that we are using consistent processes, systems, and reporting across all operation teams.  This role will ensure we have accurate forecasting processes & methodologies for our renewal sales, focus on driving systems automation and adoption (SalesForce.com), spear-heading cross functional strategic initiatives, and providing reporting and business analytics for the North American Operations team. This role will be report directly to the COO and will work cross functionally across the entire operations team.



    • Partner across the operations business leaders, driving priorities and initiatives around transformation efforts.
    • Provide regular dashboards on KPI’s and performance of all the operations teams
    • Drive forecasting methodologies across all operations teams
    • Deliver renewal sales forecast from across all operations functions
    • Drive adoptions of key processes and data reporting into Salesforce.com
    • Evaluate and prioritize system enhancements within Salesforce.com
    • Foster cross functional relationships with Tier organizations with Finance, Product and Sales 
    • Deep understandings of our renewals business and provide support to the operations team on renewal activities 
    • Ensure our retention targets are measured and managed across the operations team.
    • Maintain and ensure consistent data quality across Salesforce and other company systems
    • Analyze performance data to provide assessments of trends, to identify and explain variances from goals, between periods and across team and to identify indicators of possible performance issues or challenges.
    • Travel requirement – up to 25%.
    • Manage a small group of operations analysts.

    Basic Qualifications

    • 10 + years of relevant experience including Business Operations, Program Management and some Technical expertise within a Software or Technology company
    • Understanding of IT Systems and tools – SFDC, Oracle, Sharepoint, CRM, or related
    • Understanding of best practices and challenges of a high performing field sales organization
    • Experience with program management and business transformation
    • Highly motivated, self-starter, organized, independent, analytical, detail oriented; metrics-driven
    • Exceptional communication skills including ability to take an independent stance when interfacing with cross functional stakeholders, while maintaining their respect and confidence
    • Experience in leading and motivating a high performing team
    • Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities across the organization
    • Ability to effectively manage through change
    • Experience ensuring compliance with corporate policies and procedures
    • Salesforce.com certification a plus
