    TraveClick’s industry leading Website and Video Solutions drive guest demand to over 2,000 hoteliers worldwide.  These solutions enable independent and small group hotels to acquire and retain guests through engaging and high converting website design and hotel, room and amenity video content.  These unique products integrate seamlessly with TravelClick’s portfolio of revenue driving solutions and are a strategic component to achieving TravelClick’s growth objectives. We are seeking a general manager/product owner to drive growth of this innovative business line.  The VP of Website and Video Solutions will have direct P&L accountability, and lead a global team responsible for developing and executing strategies to accelerate Website and Video growth. 


    • Lead strategic roadmap development including ongoing product innovation and enhancements
    • Drive strategic customer acquisition including segmentation and targeting, product packaging, pricing, and direct big deal engagement
    • Develop and execute programmatic channel marketing campaigns across the customer portfolio to drive retention, working cross-functionally with our 100+ sales team and 50+ account management organization
    • Partner closely with sales, account management, implementations, customer service, and finance teams to refine key processes and deliver product enhancement roadmap across pricing, contracting, renewal, and termination
    • Manage P&L including annual planning and weekly forecasting in partnership with Finance
    • Analyze competitive data and maximize growth opportunities in existing markets and evaluate trends to penetrate new markets
    • Lead a high performing product and go-to-market team

    Basic Qualifications

    • Proven results in product management and/or product marketing with a minimum of 8 years of experience
    • Hospitality and/or technology industry experience a plus
    • BA/BS Degree required, MBA preferred
    • Analytical, data oriented thought leader, leveraging data to shape strategies and go to market plans
    • Extreme result orientation, driving direct business outcomes by addressing challenges and opportunities proactively
    • Creative problem solver with the ability to see the big picture but also the desire to dive into details to find new growth opportunities
    • Strong oral and written communication skills
    • Experience working in a B2B organization, with success operating in a sales driven culture
    • Ability to lead cross-functional teams to drive outcomes
    • Bright, quick, pro-active decision maker with strong people skills, who can adapt quickly to the company's operating environment and capture the trust and respect of colleagues at all levels
