Responsible for managing all aspects of the product strategy for the TravelClick’s Guest Management Solutions (GMS) product line, including go-to-market planning, product integration and sales enablement through various channels.
GMS, one of our fastest-growing products, is our CRM and marketing automation platform. GMS allows hotels to drive direct bookings and incremental revenue from their guests while providing hoteliers the ability to customize their communications to each guest in an automated fashion. The marketing functionality in addition with our strength and history in Business Intelligence position us as a leader in hospitality CRM.
This position will focus on growing the sales & revenue for this product through leadership across multiple functional teams to ensure execution is well synchronized and effective, and managing all go to market activities and sales channels to maximize sales, customer adoption and market acceptance.
