    TravelClick has an immediate opening for a Product Analyst on the Reservations Product Team. This role will be critical to driving profitable growth through analytical insights and effective partnerships across various parts of TravelClick (Sales, Product, Customer Operations, Finance). The Product Analyst will play a key role in defining pricing strategy, reducing customer churn, and creating partnerships to drive new sources of revenue. We are looking for a passionate and entrepreneurial team player who is excited to work in a fast paced and values-based environment with a smart, energetic team.

    Responsibilities

    • Identify customer churn drivers and create/execute programs and initiatives to support
    • Understand customer pain points across various segments and propose ways to improve customer experience and stickiness to the product
    • Partner with Sales to define pricing strategy, process, and tools for our largest deals
    • Support evaluation of new strategic partnerships aimed at driving revenue – opportunity identification, potential financial benefit, and execution plan
    • Partner with Finance and Operations team to implement processes and best practices so we can speed time to revenue

    • Bachelors Degree
    • 0-1 years of work experience in a high growth or corporate environment
    • Experience using Excel and PowerPoint

    • Detail-oriented, well-organized, able to adapt and multi-task in a dynamic business environment
    • High level of interest in owning analyses, projects, and decisions end-to-end
    • Proven written and oral communication skills
    • Ability to influence across different functional areas
    • Hospitality and/or technology industry experience a plus
