  • Overview

    The Reservations Solutions Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for all product marketing initiatives and client-facing programs with an aim of building awareness in the market, generating leads and driving customer retention. For all key product launches, the Product Marketing Manager will deliver a full go-to-market plan and will be responsible for timely execution of that plan across teams. This role will also support the Director of Product in publishing thought pieces and producing client-facing summits.

    Responsibilities

    • Partner with Reservations Product Development to build go-to-market plans for all new product launches and lead through the cross-departmental execution of those plans
    • Support Director in developing and publishing thought leadership pieces and other content, in partnership with Marketing, to generate new Reservations Solutions leads.
    • Create client-facing presentations, case studies and other artifacts that demonstrate the value of our solutions and product enhancements
    • Host Quarterly ‘Innovation Update’ Webinars for all current clients to share the latest technology releases and preview the upcoming development roadmap
    • Create new tools and initiatives to drive awareness and adoption of new features & functionality amongst our current client base with the aim of making our platform stickier and increasing client retention
    • Train our internal teams (sales, specialists sales and account management) on new features, tools & functionality, including by representing Product at large sales training events and forums
    • Coordinate cross-functional teams to produce client-facing webinars, industry influencer workshops, customer summits and product town halls
    • For all efforts, establish success metrics and maintain tracking and analysis on project outcomes

    Basic Qualifications

    • 3-5 years of experience in a field related to Marketing or Product Management
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills
    • Bachelor’s Degree required

    • Excellent written communication skills with extensive experience compiling persuasive presentations
    • Strong relationship skills, including the ability to build relationships with customers and sales representatives and to effectively drive meetings with a diverse cross-functional business and technical audience.
    • An inspiring and motivating leader. You must have experience delegating and influencing others to take responsibility over delegated tasks.
    • A proven project manager with experience in a rigorous, results-driven environment. You must have experience in establishing new processes and creating transparency via reporting & analytics.
    • Comfortable with public speaking in front of large audiences, as well as hosting webinars, live training sessions and events.
    • Self-starter, takes full ownership and accountability over responsibilities
