  • Overview

    We’re looking for a senior manager to technical lead moving a large volume of new customers to this platform, including development of new PMS connections and tools to enable the migration.  This role requires skills in leadership, planning, communication, and the technical subject matter expertise.

    Responsibilities

    • Lead world class engineering teams that deliver SaaS products to hotels and consumers globally
    • Grow development teams through internal and external talent development including partnerships with local universities
    • Drive software engineering and operational excellence through clear metrics and continuous learning
    • Work with internal and external customers on the product roadmap and custom solutions
    • Ongoing innovation of the product and technology

    Basic Qualifications

    • Proven leadership and people management skills (5+ years), including –
    • Growing and developing talent
    • Managing small high performing teams
    • Resource planning and leading timely on budget project execution
    • Managing multiple initiatives, including budget responsibility
    • Ability to size, scope and prioritize work
    • Detail oriented, well organized, and ability to multi-task in a results-oriented business environment
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required
    • Expert level software engineering and architecture skills (8+ year), with competency in more than one language, and the desire and ability to learn others. Our current platforms include Java, Python, and JavaScript.
