    TravelClick's GMS product suite is one of the company's fastest growing products.  We are looking for a Site Reliability Engineer/DevOps Engineer who is going to take part in this growth of the product by helping move to some exciting new technologies. 

    The Site Reliability Engineer/DevOps Engineer will be a key role in a shift to cloud services and containerized applications.  They will be crucial in helping plan out deployment strategies of existing on-prem applications and deploying them to Kubernetes clusters in a cloud platform. They will also take part in a transformation of our build and deployment processes by helping build CI pipelines and automated deployments so that our team can deliver product faster. 

    This is a very exciting opportunity for someone who is looking to make a real impact and be involved in all aspects of development and operations.  Our team and product are growing fast, and we are excited for the Site Reliability Engineer/DevOps Engineer to grow with us.


    • Improve build and deployment processes
    • Design and implement automated deployment workflows for a cloud environment
    • Take part in a move from existing services and new services to Docker containers in a Kubernetes environment
    • Write, maintain and improve Gradle builds
    • Provide feedback to help improve processes, scalability and technologies
    • Train team members on processes and technologies
    • Work alongside developers for bringing features to production
    • Support production applications

    Basic Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field
    • 3 - 5+ years experience supporting a Java/Linux stack (We are a Java house)
    • Experience with open source tools and technology
    • Experience with build, deployment and CI/CD best practices

    • Ability to work in small as well as large project teams
    • Experience with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, etc.)
    • Experience with Jenkins, Gradle, Docker, Kubernetes, Chef
    • Experience with Git (Bitbucket experience is a plus)
    • Experience with Spring Boot applications
    • Experience with load balancers (Haproxy, F5, etc.)
