    TravelClick has a full-time position, available immediately to serve as the global legal department operations manager initially for the TravelClick legal department and eventually the broader legal group serving the Hospitality Business Unit of Amadeus.  Qualifying candidates must have experience with legal operations and/or paralegal experience in corporate legal departments providing contract system management and support, oversight of outside counsel and show excellent business judgment and superior communication skills.

    Responsibilities

    • Legal documentation
      • Preparation and tracking of NDAs
      • Finance Related Contracts
        • Review, advise and complete yearly insurance policies
      • Government GSA Management
        • Be main point of contact on GSA and for all official documents
        • Keep track with internal team member of quarterly reporting and any other specific needs for each Government entity.
      • Manage vendor agreement process
    • Litigation
      • Support for legal hold management
        • Work with IT on internal document access, manage inboxes for any relevant litigation, provide form litigation hold etc.
    • Legal Team Management
      • Internal Team Assistance
        • Coordinate between team members, plan team meetings, provide agendas, keep team on track with quarterly goals
        • Manage legal team site & all files
        • Manage e-mail inboxes related to Legal (privacy policies, contracts, GDPR)
        • Coordinate between departments for any cross department needs
      • Due Diligence
        • Managed all internal due diligence, know where the bodies are buried so to speak, be the go-to for the company for relevant legal files
        • Update folders to be accurate/change file names, create a file naming system
      • Outside Counsel
        • Assist with invoice pulls, reviewing invoices and going back to firms with any issues
        • Keep excel spreadsheet of department spend v. budget for GC
    • Compliance
      • Assist with implementation and tracking of training sessions and attendance records
    • General Legal Operations Resource
      • Finally, I think this role touches on a bunch of different things but one of the most important is that you are a resource for the NY Office and Hospitality department globally in general
      • Ad hoc projects as requested by the General Counsel

    Basic Qualifications

    Basic Qualifications 

    • Bachelor’s degree required
    • Paralegal Certificate or JD (Juris Doctorate) required
    • 7+ years of legal operations and/or paralegal experience in corporate legal departments providing contract system management and support
    • 2+ years of experience managing vendor agreement process
    • Prior experience managing outside counsel relationships
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Intermediate)
    • Experience with SharePoint/OneDrive
    • Demonstrated project management skills
