  • Overview

    We are looking for a temporary Digital Media Campaign Coordinator Intern for a minimum of 6 months to assist the campaign managers with some digital media campaigns’ implementation in the Hotel industry.


    • Research and develop strategy and media plans for clients; identify target audience; recommend budgets and ideal media channels
    • Write and deliver media plans to Sales
    • Collaborate with MCMs to manage projects and pace through establishing rapport and deadlines; ensure all best practices are being implemented
    • Draft ad copy, keywords and present to MCMs for approval
    • Initiate campaign set-up and workflow for tracking tags
    • Supporting the MCM with the creative development and approval process
    • Collaborate with MCMs to develop optimization strategies and detail changes
    • Provide support to the MCMs with analysis and commentary for client reports and client calls
    • Support MCM with crucial client data analysis ready in power point format
    • Reallocation of cross-channel budgets
    • Helping MCM during their pitch of new products and increases in budget to existing clients

    Basic Qualifications

    • Bachelor Degree level education
    • Enthusiastic and energetic personality
    • Quick leaner with interest in media and digital technology
    • Good organisational skills
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Excellent interpersonal skills that encourage team cooperation, promote enthusiasm, and both demonstrate and motivate strategic thinking
    • Strong focus on outcomes; has initiative to drive results and great attention to details
    • Proficient in MS Office, in particular MS Excel, Word and Outlook
    • Hospitality and/or travel agency experience an major advantage 


    • Fluent English written and spoken a must – additional languages are a plus
