    TravelClick is seeking an HR & Talent Acquisition intern to participate in our 2019 Summer Internship Program. As an intern, you will work closely with our HR team to improve the employee experience and increase retention. 


    The 2019 Summer Internship Program will begin in June 2019, and applications will be reviewed in January 2019.


    The HR & Talent Acquisition Intern assists in the day-to-day operations of the Human Resource Department including:

    • Create awareness and interest in TravelClick via social media including LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Google+, YouTube, Instagram
    • Post positions on job boards or career site
    • Screen and schedule job candidates
    • Conduct research for various HR and recruiting projects
    • Other duties as assigned

    Basic Qualifications

    Basic Qualifications  

    • High School Diploma required
    • Bachelor’s degree candidate. Graduation date from your program must be December 2019 or later

    Additional Characteristics

    • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a Human Resources discipline, or a related degree with a concentration in Human Resources
    • Detail oriented, well organized, and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced result-oriented business environment
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required
    • Strong Knowledge of Social Media
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Previous record of achieving goals, under timelines, in a professional environment
    • Self-starter; takes initiative and thoughtfully shares ideas
